Where we ship
Gnome Sweet Gnome ships to Canada and the United States.
Shipping rates (tracked shipping)
- Orders of CA$34.99 or more: free tracked shipping.
- Orders under CA$30: CA$6.99 tracked shipping.
- Orders between CA$30 and CA$34.98 (for example after a discount code) also ship free.
The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Our prices and rates are set in Canadian dollars; for orders shipped to the United States, checkout shows them converted to US dollars.
How your order ships
Our gnomes ship from our supplier partner's warehouse, with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order several gnomes, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery times
- Processing: usually 1–3 business days before your order ships.
- Delivery (Canada and the US): usually 7–15 business days after shipping, with tracking.
These are our supplier's usual delivery times, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen, especially in December, so we can't promise a specific delivery date (including before Christmas). We recommend ordering early.
Parcel stuck or lost
If your tracking hasn't moved for 20 days, or your parcel never arrives, email us and we'll reship your order or refund you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
