FAQ

Questions about your future roommate

When will my gnome arrive?

Our gnomes leave with tracking from our supplier partner's warehouse. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipping (orders are usually prepared in 1–3 business days); details in our shipping policy. Those are estimates, not promises: we can't guarantee a delivery date (reindeer have busy schedules in December). For Christmas: order early, your gnome will thank you.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping to Canada and the US is free from CA$34.99. Orders under CA$30 pay CA$6.99 (if a discount code brings your order between CA$30 and CA$34.99, it still ships free). It's applied automatically at checkout. In short: a Mini or a stocking alone pays shipping; 2 Minis, a Medium, a Giant or the whole family ship free.

Any deals?

The Duo: 2 Minis for CA$34.99, the same price as one Medium. 2 little ones or 1 big one? Same price. Pick your side. The discount applies automatically in the cart.

The Gnome Family (Trio): Mini + Medium + Giant for CA$99.99 (CA$114.97 if bought separately). Meet the family. Heads up: the three may arrive in separate parcels.

My gnome arrived damaged, or something is missing.

Poor little guy. Email us at sixtysecondaichannel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you (our choice). No need to send the gnome back unless we ask.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Sorry, no. We only accept items that arrive damaged, defective or with something missing. A gnome is for life (or at least until next Christmas).

My parcel stopped moving.

If tracking hasn't moved for 20 days, or the parcel never arrives, write to us and we'll reship your order or refund you.

Is it a toy?

No. Our gnomes are decorations for adults, not toys.

How big are they?

Supplier measurements: the Mini is about 23 cm tall, the Medium about 30 cm (with legs about 17 cm long), and the Giant about 60 cm. Their legs dangle; they don't stretch.
